Beach Tutors LLC works diligently with the best teachers, camp director and staff to provide a quality program. In order to best serve our students and staff, we ask you to kindly adhere to our cancelation policies.

Camp fees are non refundable, however, camp credit may be requested due to changes in travel plans, schedule conflicts, sickness or emergency circumstances as long as requested more than 72 hours before camp begins. Please note, there is a $25 non-transferrable fee for each week that is altered to help cover administration costs. Camp credit may be used to reserve another week of camp, your choice, subject to availability or any Beach Tutors programs.

Tutoring fees are expected upon scheduling of service. If the tutoring service is canceled more than 24 hours before tutoring session, credit will be given for a future session within one month of canceled session. Beach Tutors LLC requires 30 days notice to cancel private or semi-private tutoring services.
