Beach Tutors requires 24-hour cancelation/rescheduling for all tutoring services (including vacations, sickness or conflict of schedule). Full payment will be required for missed service if given less than 24 hours notice. Thank you for understanding and honoring the time of your tutor and the preparation that goes into every session.
Once Third Day classes have started, the semester is non-refundable. All Third Day semesters require a $15 non-refundable registration fee. Any missed classes throughout the semester will be forfeited and unable to reschedule as this is a consecutive group class, weekly program that builds on previous weeks. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment is due BEFORE the first day of class. If using charter funds, the purchase order or enrichment certificate MUST be uploaded to your parent portal before the first day of class, otherwise, you will be expected to pay $20 out of pocket for each class until the charter funds are requested. If the charter funds certificate are not submitted by week 3 of class, Beach Tutors reserves their right to drop the student or ask for full alternative form of payment.
Students are expected to arrive on time, with a good attitude and respectful behavior towards their instructor and fellow students. We expect students to follow the Golden Rule and to treat others the way they would want to be treated and have the ability to follow instructions. Beach Tutors has the right to drop a student if continual behavioral problems occur. We pride ourselves in creating a safe, enjoyable learning environment and look forward to partnering with you in your child’s exploration of new extracurricular activities.
